A Statement of Intent (SoI) was signed between the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) and the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Government of India on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025 at the CBC office in New Delhi.

The SoI was signed by Dr. R. Balasubramaniam (Member – HR, CBC, GoI) and Prof. Ajit Parulekar (Director, GIM) with Prof. Kingshuk Sarkar (Member, CPPG on behalf of Prof. Sebastian Morris, Chair, CPPG) as a witness.  

The SoI aims to establish a collaborative framework through which GIM will offer executive education programmes and management development programmes (MDPs) for senior officers and bureaucrats from various departments, agencies and ministries of the Government of India as well as undertake sponsored research and policy projects for the Government.
